BBI Real Estate Holdings LLC
Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: March 14, 2026 · Last Updated: March 14, 2026
BBI Real Estate Holdings LLC is committed to ensuring that buddybuysit.com is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to our services, and we are actively working to improve the accessibility of this Site on an ongoing basis.
Our Conformance Goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It covers a wide range of recommendations for making web content more accessible, including accommodations for the following types of disabilities:
- Visual impairments (including blindness, low vision, and color blindness)
- Auditory impairments (including deafness and hard-of-hearing)
- Physical or motor impairments (including limited fine motor control)
- Speech impairments
- Cognitive, learning, and neurological disabilities
- Age-related limitations
WCAG 2.1 is organized around four principles — Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR) — each of which must be satisfied to achieve conformance. Our goal is to meet all Level AA success criteria under each of these principles.
Measures We Take to Support Accessibility
BBI takes the following measures to ensure the accessibility of buddybuysit.com:
- Semantic HTML: We use proper HTML elements to convey meaning and structure, including appropriate use of headings, lists, form labels, and landmark regions to support assistive technologies such as screen readers.
- Alternative Text: We provide descriptive alternative text for all meaningful images. Decorative images that do not convey information are marked so that screen readers ignore them.
- Color Contrast: We maintain sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background elements to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text).
- Keyboard Navigation: The Site is designed to be fully navigable using a keyboard alone, without requiring use of a mouse or other pointing device. All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard, and visible focus indicators are provided.
- Form Accessibility: All form fields on the Site are accompanied by descriptive, programmatically associated labels. Error messages identify the problem clearly and provide guidance for correction.
- Responsive Design: The Site is designed to be usable and readable at various zoom levels (up to 200%) and on a variety of screen sizes and devices, without loss of content or functionality.
- Link and Button Text: All links and buttons are labeled in a manner that describes their purpose or destination, avoiding vague text such as “click here” or “learn more” without additional context.
- No Time Limits: Where possible, we avoid imposing time limits on user interactions. Where time limits are technically necessary, we provide mechanisms to extend or disable them.
- No Seizure-Triggering Content: The Site does not include flashing content that meets the thresholds for triggering seizures or other physical reactions.
- ARIA Attributes: We use Accessible Rich Internet Applications (ARIA) attributes where appropriate to enhance the accessibility of dynamic content and custom user interface components for assistive technology users.
Assistive Technologies Supported
We aim for compatibility with the following common assistive technologies:
- Screen readers (including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver on Apple devices)
- Speech recognition software (including Dragon NaturallySpeaking)
- Screen magnification software
- Switch navigation devices
- Modern browsers with accessibility features enabled
Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, some content or features on the Site may not yet fully meet this standard. We are actively working to identify and address accessibility gaps on an ongoing basis. Known limitations will be remediated as quickly as reasonably possible. If you encounter a specific barrier that is not addressed here, please contact us.
