BBI Real Estate Holdings LLC
Fair Housing Statement
Effective Date: March 14, 2026 · Last Updated: March 14, 2026
BBI Real Estate Holdings LLC is committed to full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws and regulations. We believe that equal and fair treatment in real estate is not merely a legal obligation — it is a fundamental principle that guides everything we do.
Equal Housing Opportunity
BBI Real Estate Holdings LLC is an Equal Housing Opportunity company. We do not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability, as protected under the federal Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.), or on the basis of any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law, including but not limited to age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, source of income, military or veteran status, or citizenship status, where such protections apply.
BBI operates as a nationwide real estate investment company. Our commitment to equal housing opportunity applies in every market in which we operate, without exception.
What This Means in Practice
BBI’s commitment to fair housing applies to all aspects of our real estate investment activities, including:
- The purchase, acquisition, and evaluation of residential real estate;
- The marketing and advertising of our cash offer services;
- Communications with property owners, prospective sellers, and the general public;
- The determination of whether to make an offer and the terms of that offer;
- All interactions between BBI employees, agents, and contractors, and members of the public.
BBI evaluates properties solely on the basis of objective criteria, including property condition, location, estimated repair costs, after-repair value, local market conditions, and our investment criteria. Protected personal characteristics of the seller or the composition of the neighborhood are never considered in our evaluation of a property or our decision to make an offer.
The Fair Housing Act
The federal Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in housing-related transactions based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status (including children under the age of 18 living with parents or legal custodians, pregnant women, and people securing custody of children under 18), and disability. The Act applies broadly to the sale, rental, and financing of housing.
In addition to the federal Fair Housing Act, other federal laws provide equal opportunity protections relevant to real estate, including the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and the Civil Rights Acts of 1866 and 1964. BBI is committed to compliance with all applicable federal laws prohibiting discrimination.
Advertising and Marketing
All of BBI’s advertising and marketing materials, including those published on this Site and distributed through digital or traditional channels, are designed and reviewed to ensure they do not suggest or imply any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on any protected characteristic. BBI does not use selective marketing, exclusionary language, or targeted advertising in a manner that would circumvent fair housing requirements.
Employee and Contractor Training
BBI is committed to ensuring that its employees, agents, and contractors who interact with property owners and the public understand and comply with fair housing requirements. We maintain policies and procedures designed to prevent discriminatory practices and to promptly address any fair housing concerns that arise.
